Step in to support senior staffing needs as required, ensuring smooth customer service operations across the network.
Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, renew policies and follow up existing and prospective clients with a high level of care and professionalism.
Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service and maintain our reputation for excellence.
What we’re looking for:

<li>An ‘A’ level of education or higher OR similar qualification/s.</li>
<li>At least 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry.</li>
<li>Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English.</li>

Branch Officer

A vacancy has arisen in the Finance Department and applications are invited for a full-time Finance Clerk.
The successful candidate will be part of our Finance team and will be responsible for various accounting duties and other tasks as may be required.
Applicants are expected to:
<ul>
<li>Be dynamic and energetic&nbsp;</li>
<li>Be able to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision</li>
<li>Have good communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Fluent in written and spoken English&nbsp;</li>
<li>Be conversant with MS Office Software, particularly Excel</li>
<li>Preferably have a working knowledge of computerised accounting systems, such as Sage&nbsp;</li>
<li>Previous experience in an accounts role would be an asset, however, full training will be provided.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
Education: A-Level in Accounting.
Experience: over 3 years in a finance-related role.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
