We have an opportunity for a Claims Support Executive within the Cost Control section of our Motor Claims Department.
The role entails monitoring the repair process of motor vehicles, liaising with customers, intermediaries, repairers, suppliers and motor vehicle assessors in order to ensure that a high-quality service is provided. Duties also include the processing of survey reports, repair estimates and part supply orders, and the vetting of bills and invoices.
Qualifications and skills:
- A good knowledge of vehicles and familiarity with vehicle repairs.
- A-level standard of education or equivalent.
- Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Work experience in the insurance setting industry or the vehicle repair sector would be considered an asset.
