<li>Proficient in MS Office, organised, and able to communicate clearly in Maltese and English</li>

We are looking to recruit a Customer Support Executive to join our Health Underwriting Department on a full-time basis.&nbsp;
As part of this team, you will play a key role in supporting clients through clear guidance and accurate policy handling. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service and a background in healthcare, who enjoys helping people make informed decisions about their insurance needs.&nbsp;
<h2>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</h2>
Policy handling:
<ul>
<li>Preparing insurance quotations and underwriting new business&nbsp;</li>
<li>Issuing new policies and processing renewals&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Customer support:
<ul>
<li>Assisting walk-in clients, answering incoming calls, and responding to email enquiries&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handling queries from branches and intermediaries&nbsp;</li>
<li>Developing and following up on a list of prospective clients&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h2>Your Profile:&nbsp;</h2>
Qualifications and skills:

<li>Advanced level of education&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office&nbsp;</li>
<li>Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of Maltese is considered an asset&nbsp;</li>

Experience:
