What We're Looking For

• Diploma level qualification in IT or similar.

• A strong interest in technology and problem-solving.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping employees with everyday IT issues.

• Logging and following up on helpdesk requests.

• Setting up computers, printers and software.

• Supporting Windows, Microsoft 365 and email.

• Helping with user accounts, passwords and basic connection issues.
