We are seeking to recruit a Motor Claims Support Executive to join our Motor Claims Department. The selected candidate will play an important role in supporting the efficient processing and settlement of Motor Insurance claims, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and settle Motor Insurance claims in line with established company procedures and guidelines.

• Handle and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally, providing advice and assistance as required.

• Assess and determine the extent of policy coverage applicable to each claim.

• Liaise effectively with Insurers, and other parties involved in the claim to determine liability and achieve equitable settlements.

• Authorise claim payments, ensuring compliance with policy terms, financial limits, and legal obligations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a dynamic environment.

• Uphold the highest standards of efficiency, integrity, fairness, and transparency.

• Be fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English.

• Exhibit excellent attention to detail, together with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Display empathy and professionalism when assisting customers who have sustained a loss.

• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude.

Education and Experience:

• An Advanced level of education.

• Be familiar with MS Office applications.

• Having worked in a similar role or environment is advantageous but not necessary.
