You will:
- Support the day to day running of the branch, helping ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist customers by answering enquiries, providing information about our products, and preparing basic quotations.
- Help with renewals and follow-ups, ensuring customers receive a professional and helpful service at all times.
- Work closely with your team to maintain a welcoming environment and deliver excellent customer care.
What we’re looking for:
- An ‘A’ level standard of education or similar qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service is an asset, but not essential — training will be provided.
- Good communication skills in both Maltese and English.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- A supportive team player who enjoys helping people.
- A valid driving licence.
