What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support the handling of claims across different areas such as travel, boats, home, and other personal & commercial lines.

You’ll also be:

• Helping and guiding clients, intermediaries, and brokers
• Working closely with a professional, collaborative team
• Contributing to a department that’s fast-paced, supportive, and always evolving

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is:

• Educated to MQF Level 4 or higher — studies in insurance are a plus, but not required
• Eager to learn — we provide full on the job training and support you in pursuing insurance qualifications
• Proficient in MS Office, organised, and able to communicate clearly in Maltese and English
• A team player with great interpersonal skills and a can do attitude
