Overview

We’re looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our Motor Claims Department and become the welcoming face of our team. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and interacting with people, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Greet visitors and ensure they feel welcome
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the right person or take messages when needed
  • Provide general administrative support to keep the department running smoothly 

What we’re looking for: 

  • A friendly, professional attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers
  • No prior experience required—we’ll provide full on-the-job training

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • ‘O’ Level standard of education
  • IT proficient with knowledge in Microsoft Office 
  • Fluent in written and spoken Maltese and English.
