We are looking to recruit a Customer Support Executive to join our Health Underwriting Department on a full-time basis.
As part of this team, you will play a key role in supporting clients through clear guidance and accurate policy handling. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service and a background in healthcare, who enjoys helping people make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
- Policy handling:
o Preparing insurance quotations and underwriting new business
o Issuing new policies and processing renewals
- Customer support:
o Assisting walk-in clients, answering incoming calls, and responding to email enquiries
o Handling queries from branches and intermediaries
o Developing and following up on a list of prospective clients
- Qualifications and skills:
o Advanced level of education
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office
o Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of Maltese is considered an asset
- Experience:
o Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a healthcare or insurance setting
o Familiarity with handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Competencies:
o Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o High attention to detail and accuracy
o Team-player mindset, with the ability to work independently when required
