Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand workflows
  • Identify areas for improvement
  • Gather and document requirements
  • Design wireframes or prototypes
  • Support project planning and testing
  • Facilitate smooth communication across departments
  • Gain hands-on experience with agile methods, business process analysis, and user-centered design

Required Qualifications:

  • Having or currently pursuing a qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Insurance and Risk Management or a related field.
  • Having excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
