Overview

The HR Professional will assist in various human resources functions with a focus on employer branding, internal communications, and employee engagement. 

Overall responsibilities will include external employer branding, also related to social media management, onboarding, employee activities and events, and learning & development support.  

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop HR skills and make a positive impact on the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance our employer brand to attract, engage and retain talent.
  • Support on all external employer branding initiatives, including the creation of engaging social media content that promotes and conveys GasanMamo’s culture in order to attract the right talent.
  • Facilitate the onboarding journey for new hires, ensuring they have a positive and seamless introduction to GasanMamo with a structured process and updated, engaging material.
  • Organize and coordinate employee activities in line with our core values and CSR pillars – examples include our GMI Day, team-building, CSR initiatives and other internal branding activations.
  • Assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks and HR projects as needed, including but not limited to, tasks related to performance management and training.
  • Actively engage in talent acquisition by identifying suitable candidates through job boards, social media, and networking and collaborating with hiring managers to define talent needs and job requirements.
  • Help in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

Skills:

  • Knowledge and some experience of internal and external employer branding, as well as employee communications.
  • Strong writing and communication skills for internal messaging, employer branding materials, and engagement campaigns.
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva), social media platforms and analytics tools. 
  • Knowledge of content planning, social media trends, and managing social media campaigns.
  • Understanding of onboarding processes and familiarity with onboarding content.
  • Ability to plan and organize internal company events and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Education:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in employer branding initiatives, HR, internal communications, or marketing.
