You will:
Step in to support senior staffing needs as required, ensuring smooth customer service operations across the network.
Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, renew policies and follow up existing and prospective clients with a high level of care and professionalism.
Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service and maintain our reputation for excellence.
What we’re looking for:
- An ‘A’ level of education or higher OR similar qualification/s.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
- Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English.
- A proactive and flexible attitude with the ability to step into roles as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, supportive environment.
- In possession of a valid driving licence.
