We have an opportunity for a Claims Officer within the Cost Control section of our Motor Claims Department.
The role entails monitoring the repair process of motor vehicles, liaising with customers, intermediaries, repairers, suppliers and motor surveyors in order to ensure that a high-quality service is provided. Duties also include the processing of survey reports, repair estimates and part supply orders, and the vetting of bills and invoices.
Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English.
- Skilled in using MS Office Applications.
- A good knowlege of vehicles and familiarity with vehicle repairs.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
Education and Experience:
- An Advanced level of education
- Work experience in the insurance setting industry or the vehicle repair sector would be considered an asset.
